Penarth Lacrosse - Lacrosse is growing rapidly through out Wales and the standard of play is now at a higher level than that previously experienced. Penarth Club have been a successful gateway into the Wales National lacrosse squads both men and women. Players can begin as juniors aged seven onwards. There are many schools, colleges and universities in Wales where lacrosse is being played and the National competition for schools is always popular.

Penarth Sea Cadets - The Sea Cadets is a nationwide voluntary youth organisation, open to young people aged 10 to 18 years of age, run by enthusiastic adult volunteers. Cadets parade twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Volunteers are URGENTLY needed to help run the parade nights, organise activities and help raise funds to provide resources and opportunities for the young people.
